Service Scope

Client Responsibilities
The client must provide all required materials, including branding assets, content, and necessary access to platforms (such as social media accounts and ad platforms), in a timely manner.
Content & Approvals
All content, campaigns, and deliverables must be reviewed and approved by the client. Any delays in approval may result in delays in delivery.
Payment Terms
All services are prepaid. Work will only begin after payment is received. Monthly services are billed in advance.
Revisions
A limited number of revisions may be included depending on the agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
No Guarantee of Results
Efada.ai does not guarantee specific results (such as leads, sales, or engagement). Performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.
Campaign Performance
Campaign performance may vary depending on budget, audience, market conditions, and platform algorithms.
Contract Duration & Renewal
Monthly services are automatically renewed unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. One-time services are delivered as per agreement.
Delays
Efada.ai is not responsible for delays caused by the client, including delayed approvals, missing content, or lack of communication.
Intellectual Property
All materials remain the property of efada.ai until full payment is received.
Termination
Efada.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of violation of terms or non-payment.
Updates
Efada.ai reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
